During the years I spent working with hardware tools, I came across the concept of EDC.

Honestly, EDC is actually a very broad concept — an extremely broad one.

Because of that, everyone has a completely different understanding of EDC, while at the same time it also carries a somewhat personal meaning.

Some people enjoy the stress relief and fun of fidgeting with gear in their hands; some are obsessed with the edge created by premium steels and fine craftsmanship;
some believe in the sense of security brought by hardcore tools; while for others, the EDC in their pockets is simply a few everyday, practical, and just-right little items.

Everyone’s life experience, environment, and profession shape their own version of EDC.

At ACE EDC, I do not define standards — I only look for possibilities.

What I do is find good, worthwhile EDC gear and share it on this website. Some of it may be fun, some affordable, some inexpensive, some practical, and some high-end.

(They may all have different styles, but they do share one thing in common: the quality doesn’t disappoint.)

What I want to do is actually very simple: Share EDC worth sharing, but give the choice back to you.

“ACE” means “the best” or “the top.” So what is ACE EDC?
